In a small pot, add the salt to the milk and bring to a boil. Gradually add the Cream of Wheat, stirring constantly with a whisk until well blended. Return to a boil, then reduce heat to a low simmer and cook uncovered, while stirring. Once it thickens, remove from heat and serve.
It's really good with candied pecans and blueberries, drizzled with honey. Yum!
